CONNECTING YOUR CORE DURING COVID RESTRICTIONS

During this complicated and trying time, you have likely been sitting more than usual and not as active outdoors. This contributes to poor postural habits. Ongoing research points to the importance of keeping physically active during the pandemic so it would be wise to do some preventative stretching and core training exercises. With facility restrictions and closures, you may be reluctant to hit a gym. So, if you’re not getting outside or to fitness venues now would be time to implement some home core exercise routines tor a safe and convenient alternative.
