North Saanich, BC – Yesterday, the First Round Boys Singles Action at the 7th Victoria International Junior ITF Tennis Championships took place at the Panorama Rec Centre.
Sixteen matches played – five of the top 8 seeds are through to the next round including 2nd seed Noah Gampel of Los Angeles and 3rd seed Aram Noroozian of Vancouver. In the upset of the day, we saw first seed Hanamichi Carvajal Suazo of Chile go down to defeat to Berk Tunali of Montreal in three sets.
As of Thursday, there will be on court seating available for tennis fans to come and support these future tennis stars who are competing for world ranking points.
