Entry is NOT first come first serve – entries accepted and considered all the way up to deadline.
Acceptance is based on U9/U10 2022 Leaderboard rankings, as of the entry deadline.
Match Schedule:
U9 Mixed Monday 10 Oct (TBC)
EVENTS: TEAM (singles and doubles)
U9 mixed – Orange ball, 3/4 court
U10 boys and girls – Green dot full court
Location: North Vancouver Tennis Centre – 280 Lloyd Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3H3
Tournament date / time:
Saturday 8th Oct – U10 Boys (10am – 6pm)
Sunday 9th Oct – U10 Girls (10am – 6pm)
Monday 10th Oct – U9 Mixed (10am – 6pm)
Tournament Structure:
- Teams will be randomly allocated in groups of 4
- Players will have 3 x 30 minute matches within their 2 hour shift
- 2 courts of singles, and 1 court of doubles
- Each team has a 2 hour round (semifinal), a 2 hour break, and then another 2 hour round (final or 3/4 playoff).
- At the end of each round, total number of games from the individual is totaled and added to the team score

Scoring format
- Timed matches, max 30 minutes
- Set to 6 games with NO-AD scoring
- Tiebreak at 6-6-, deciding point to be played at 6-6 in the tiebreak
