This tournament is hosted, run, and sanctioned by Tennis BC.

Venue: North Vancouver Tennis Centre, 280 Lloyd Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3J6 

Event dates and time:  

• November 7th Friday 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
• November 8th Saturday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• November 9th Sunday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Priority is given to: teams from a member club over individual teams. A maximum of 4 teams will be accepted for each club. (2 boys’ team and 2 girls’ team)

Maximum 12 teams for boys, and 8 teams for girls can be accepted.

If there are more teams than available spaces, a random draw will be held between the teams from non-host and non-travelling clubs to decide which teams are accepted into the event.
