This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by White Rock Tennis Club
This is a weather-dependent tournament. Please note that match times may be postponed or delayed, and matches could be moved or even cancelled altogether if the conditions warrant.
Date and time: Sunday, June 28 (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
Younger players will play at an earlier time slot. Upon acceptance into the event, players will be assigned a 1.5-hour time slot and notified of their schedule. Specific match time requests are not accommodated.
Location: White Rock Tennis Club (14580 North Bluff Rd, White Rock, BC V4B 3C9)
Events:
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2016, 2017, 2018, or 2019 (6 players)
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 (6 players)
- U14 (Regular Ball, full court): Born in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 (6 players)

Entry close: Thursday, June 18 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, June 19** Priority entry to First Timer ever rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. First Timers are verified via player profile.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Sunday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Rookie Tour Match format:
- Compass draw or round robin, 3 matches guaranteed. If compass, the next match is determined by the result of the previous.
- Timed matches (25 mins) as many games as possible, regular tennis scoring – NO AD (deciding point played on Deuce).
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
