This is a Competition 3Star tournament sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Oak Bay Recreation Centre.

Events: BGs U12; U14; U16; U18

2019 age groups:
U12 – born in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010
U14 – born in 2005, 2006
U16 – born in 2003, 2004
U18 – born in 2001, 2002

• Players of birth year 2008, 2006, 2004 must be ranked 20 or higher at one age below to be eligible to play up in 3Star events and only play up one age group is allowed
• No ranking restriction to players of birth year 2007, 2005, 2003 to play up their 2020 age group. A win is required to be eligible to receive ranking points as far as play up ranking criteria is concerned.
