This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Vernon Tennis Association.

- 8 & Under (Red ball, 1/2 court): Born in 2017, 2018, 2019
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015
- U14 (Regular Ball) — born in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014
Date: Sunday, June 29
Location: Marshall Field Tennis Courts, 6891 Okanagan Landing Road, Vernon BC
Tournament Time: 8:30am-5:00pm (younger kids will play earlier in the day, older kids will play later)
Entry Fee: $40.00 (Payment onsite upon arrival at the tournament desk by cash, credit, or debit)

Entry opens: Thursday, 29 May (08:00 a.m.)
Entry closes: Thursday, 19 June (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, 20 June– ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, 22 June(11:59 p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Wednesday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
