This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by UBC Tennis Centre.
Events: U12 (Green Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016
Date: Sunday, 27th July
Location: UBC Tennis Centre Bubble, 6160 Thunderbird Blvd, Vancouver BC
Tournament time: 12:00pm-3:00pm (players will be allocated a 1.5 hour time slot, and will be notified of schedule if accepted into the event). We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Entry opens: Thursday, July 3rd (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, July 17th (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, July 18th – Players will be sent an email with payment instructions to accept your spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, July 20th (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
