This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Surrey.
Events: U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 – max. 24 players
Date: Sunday, August 17th
Location: The Tennis Centre Surrey (5891 144 St, Surrey, BC V3X 1A6)
Tournament Schedule: 3:00pm-6:00pm (Players will be assigned a 1.5hr time slot for 3×25 min matches)

Entry open: Thursday, July 17th (08:00am) **
Entry close: Thursday, August 7th (11:59p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, August 8th ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal and Payment deadline: Sunday, August 10th (11:59p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by withdrawal deadline if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
