This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.
Tournament Schedule:
- Saturday, November 1st – U10 Orange (5:30pm-8:30pm)
- Sunday, November 2nd – U12 Green (5:30pm-8:30pm)
- Players will be assigned a 1.5hr time slot for 3×25 min matches
Events:
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 – 16 players
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 – 16 players

Entry open: Thursday, October 9th (08:00am) **
Entry close: Thursday, October 23rd (11:59p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, October 24th – ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, October 26th (11:59 p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Tuesday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
