This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.
Events: U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016
Date: Sunday, November 30th
Location: The Tennis Centre – Langley, 20611 80th Ave, Langley BC
Tournament time: (5:30pm-8:30pm, players will be assigned a 1.5hr time slot for 3×25 min matches, 16 players)

Entry opens: Thursday, October 30th (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, November 20th (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, November 21st – Players will be sent an email with payment instructions to accept your spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, November 23rd (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
