This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.
Events: U12 (Green Ball, full court). Born in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court). Born in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
Date: U12 Green Saturday, May 2nd / U10 Orange Sunday, May 3rd
Location: The Tennis Centre – Langley, 20611 80th Ave, Langley BC
Tournament time: (5:30pm-8:30pm, players will be assigned a 1.5hr time slot for 3×25 min matches, 24 players)

Entry opens: Thursday, April 16th (09:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, April 23rd (11:59 p.m.)
Payment is after acceptance.
Acceptance list posted: Friday, April 24th – Players will be sent an email with payment instructions to accept your spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Apr 26th (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
