Acceptance list posted: Friday, Oct 9 – ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.

**Payment is after acceptance.

Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Oct 11 (11:59 p.m.)

Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Sunday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
  • Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.

Important Information:

Support for Parents and Coaches

  • No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
  • No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.

Eligibility & Membership Requirement

  • Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour event.
  • Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).

  • After setting up your account, email a piece of photo ID (e.g., passport) to sly@tennisbc.org for age verification
    • Your account will remain pending until your age is verified.
