This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.

Tournament time: (5:30pm-8:30pm, players will be assigned a 1.5 hr time slot for 3×25 min matches, max. 24 players)

Entry opens: Thursday, Aug 13 (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, Aug 20 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, Aug 21 – Players will be sent an email with payment instructions to accept your spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Aug 23 (11:59 p.m.) – Reserve list players have up to Sunday midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.
Match schedule posted: Monday, Aug 24
**Payment is made online AFTER acceptance and for the first 5 reserves. Any reserve players will receive a refund 1 week after the tournament is complete.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
