Tournament time: (1:00-5:30pm, players will be assigned a 1.5-hour time slot for 3×25 min matches)

Entry opens: Thursday, Aug 6 (09:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, Aug 13 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, Aug 14 – Players will be sent an email with payment instructions to accept your spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Aug 16 (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)
Match schedule posted: Monday, Aug 17
**Payment is made online AFTER acceptance and for the first 5 reserves. Any reserve players will receive a refund 1 week after the tournament is complete.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
