This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.
Tournament Schedule
Monday, December 29th, 2025
- (12:00pm – 1:30pm) U12 Green Ball
- (2:00pm – 3:30pm) U10 Orange Ball
- (4:00pm – 5:30pm) 8U Red Ball
- Players will be assigned a 1.5-hour time slot for 3×25 min matches
Events:
- 8 & Under (Red Ball, mini court): Born in 2017, 2018, or 2019 – 16 players
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 – 8 players
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 – 8 players

Entry Fee: $40 – Payment is due at registration, but does not guarantee a main draw spot. Waitlisted players will receive a refund one week after the tournament.
Entry open: Thursday, November 27th (08:00am) **
Entry close: Thursday, December 18th (11:59p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, December 19th – ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by random lottery. Accepted players will be notified.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, December 21st (11:59 p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
