Date: Saturday December 17 to Sunday December 18, 2022

Location:  Tennis BC Hub @ Richmond, 10251 St. Edwards Dr., Richmond, BC.

Tournament details:

• Doubles Compass Draw
• Guaranteed 3 matches (with consolations)
• 8 games Pro-set and 40 minutes timed match whichever comes first. Players will play a Pro-set or as many games as possible within the 40 minutes time frame.
• Acceptance based on leaderboard rankings (not first come first serve)

Dates and times:

• Saturday December 17^th – 9am to 3pm (U9 and U10 Boys)
• Sunday December 18^th – 9am to 3pm (U10 Girls and U10 Boys)
• 3pm onwards – End of Year Celebration for all (leaderboard awards, swim, food, and waterslide!)

Events:

U9 – Mixed

• 16 players (8 doubles teams per draw, mixed or single gender)
• Orange balls, ¾ court, with singles sidelines

U10 – Boys and Girls

• 32 boys, 16 girls (8 doubles teams per draw)
• Boys and Girls in separate draws.
• Overflow list for U10 Boys on Saturday
• Green dot balls, full court, with singles sidelines

 

Acceptance lists have not been published. All players are listed as a reserve until main draw is posted. The registration list is currently posted on the website.

Main draw will be posted this week. If you are entered into the main draw of the tournament, please email Jazmin (jzastera@tennisbc.org) with your preferred doubles partner who is in the same draw timing.

If you have not sent a request by Thursday December 8^th, don’t worry, a partner will be assigned.
