Location: Tennis BC Hub Richmond, 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond BC
Tournament time: 5:30-8:30pm (players will be allocated a 1.5-hour time slot and will be notified of schedule if accepted into the event). We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Entry opens: Thursday, Sept 10 (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, Sept 17 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, Sept 18
Match schedule posted: Monday, Sept 21
*Payment due at registration.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Sept 20 (11:59 p.m.) Reserve list players have up to Sunday midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event).
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Refund will be processed one week after the tournament.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
