Events: 10 & Under (Orange Ball) — born 2016-2019
Date: Friday, May 29th
Location: Tennis BC Hub Richmond, 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond BC
Tournament time: 5:00-8:00pm (players will be allocated a 1.5 hour time slot, and will be notified of schedule if accepted into the event). We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Entry opens: Thursday, May 14th (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers, after this entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, May 21st (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, May 22nd
Match schedule posted: Monday, May 25th
**Payment is after acceptance.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, May 24th (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 3 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
