Events: U14 / U16 (Regular Ball, full court): Born in 2011-2014, or 2009-2012
Date: Saturday, October 18th
Location: Tennis BC Hub Richmond, 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond, BC V6X2V8
Tournament time: 5:00 pm-8:00pm (by registering, players are indicating full availability for the tournament). Players will be allocated a 1.5-hour time slot and notified of the schedule if accepted into the event. We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Entry does not guarantee acceptance into this tournament. Refunds will be issued to the reserve list 1 week after the tournament.
Entry opens: Thursday, September 18th (08:00 a.m.) ** Priority entry for first timers; after this, entry is random lottery
Entry closes: Thursday, October 9th (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, October 10th. Players will receive an email with payment instructions to accept their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, October 12th (11:59 p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight before the event to withdraw; if still on reserve after this time, there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
