  • (10:30 – 11:30am) 8 & Under (Red Ball, mini court): Born in 2018, 2019, 2020 – 16 players
  • (12:00 – 3:00pm) U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2016-2019 – 16 players
  • (3:00pm – 4:30pm) U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2014-2017 – 8 players
  • (4:30pm – 6:00pm) U14/U16 (Regular Ball, full court):  Born in 2010-2015 – 8 players

Entry Fee: $40 – Payment is due at registration. Payment is not acceptance into the main draw. Waitlisted players will receive a refund one week after the tournament.

Entry open: Thursday, Aug 13 (08:00am) **

Entry close: Thursday, Aug 20 (11:59p.m.)

Acceptance list posted: Friday, Aug 21 – ** Priority entry to first-time rookie tour players, then entry by random lottery. Accepted players will be notified.

Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Aug 23 (11:59 p.m.)

Match schedule posted:  Monday, Aug 24

Important Information:

Support for Parents and Coaches

  • No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
  • No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.

Eligibility & Membership requirement

  • Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants
  • Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).

  • After setting up your account, email a piece of photo ID (e.g., passport) to sly@tennisbc.org for age verification
    • Your account will remain pending until your age is verified.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
  • After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (entry fee minus $10 processing fee).
  • Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
