Friday, February 20th (5:00pm – 8:00pm): 8 & Under (Red Ball, mini court): born 2018, 2019, 2020
Saturday, February 21st (5:30pm -8:30pm): U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court, 16 players max.) – born in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
Sunday, February 22nd (5:00pm – 8:00pm): U12 (Green Ball, Full Court, 16 players max.) – born 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
Location: Tennis BC Hub Richmond, 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond, BC V6X 2M9
Scheduling:
- Players receive a 1.5-hour time slot
- Schedule is shared after acceptance
- No requests for specific match times; players must be available for the assigned slot

Entry Fee
- $40 Entry Fee – Paid after acceptance to the main draw
- Payment instructions emailed to Main Draw + first 5 reserve players along with the acceptance list.
- Reserve/waitlist refunds issued 1–2 weeks after the tournament.

- Opens: Thu, Feb 5 (8:00 AM)
- Closes: Thu, Feb 12 (11:59 PM)
- Acceptance list posted: Fri, Feb 13
- Priority for first-ever Rookie Tour players; then random lottery
- Withdrawal deadline: Sun, Feb 15 (11:59 PM)
- Schedule posted: Mon, Feb 16
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants.
- Players with 3 or more Rising Stars events are not eligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).

- After setting up your account, it will say your account is pending. Email a piece of photo ID (e.g., passport) to sly@tennisbc.org for age verification and validation of the account.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Refund minus $10 processing fee.
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
