U12 Doubles (Green ball, full court) – 16-24 players* – partners can be B/G, B/B, G/G – any gender
U14 Doubles (Regular ball, full court) – 16-24 players* – partners can be B/G, B/B, G/G – any gender
*Entry split is dependent on the number of entries received
Register via the website here: Tournament Link – Please read the Tournament Regulations before entering. Due to this being a larger event, registration will close two weeks before.
- Register with a partner: Players can specify their preferred partner during the registration process. Both partners need to register individually, indicate their partner, and make payment for a complete entry. If one partner is randomly selected in the lottery, both players will be put in the main draw
- OR
- Register as an individual: When you register and are prompted to select your doubles partner, type into the Partner Name that you are “looking for a partner“, and the tournament team will pair you up with someone after the main draw is posted, no problem.
Entry open: Thursday, March 13th (08:00am) **
Entry close: Thursday, April 3rd (11:59p.m.) – large tournament so entry will close 2 weeks before.
Acceptance list posted: Friday, April 4th
Withdrawal and Payment deadline: Sunday, April 6th (11:59p.m.) Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight prior to the event to withdraw (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event.)

Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- After that, acceptance to the main draw is by RANDOM LOTTERY. NOT first come first served.
- Entry is open for three weeks. All entries are equally considered up until the registration deadline, no matter the time of entry.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
