- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016

Location: Tennis BC Hub @ Stanley Park – 8901 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2
Tournament Time: 9:30am-5:30pm (players will be assigned a 1.5-hour time slot; by signing up for this tournament, players indicate full availability for the tournament time listed)
Entry Fee: $40.00 (Payment online after acceptance)

Acceptance list posted: Friday, 22 Aug —**Priority entry to first-time rookie tour players, then entry by random lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, 24 Aug (11:59 p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Wednesday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
