Date: Thursday 28th March 2024 (Registration must be done online)

Times: 12.00pm – 3.00pm

Match timings will be sent after online entry has closed and players have been invited to the main draw.

Entry fee: $35

Online entries open – Thursday 7th March 8.00am

Entry Deadline – Thursday 21st March 11.59pm

Main Draw will be posted after the entry deadline.

Draw posted Monday Prior to event by 12pm – All entry fees to be collected by Wednesday prior to the event.

Withdrawal deadline:

Main Draw – 12pm Tuesday prior to the event

Reserve list – 12pm Wednesday prior to the event (if still on reserve after this time there is an expectancy to be available and ready to play the event)

Payment instructions will be sent AFTER ACCEPTANCE to the Main Draw players.

There is an expectation that players on the reserve list are available for the event however they will be given an opportunity to withdraw through a separate “reserve withdrawal deadline”

Players notified as reserves that do not withdraw after the “reserve withdrawal deadline” will be charged the entry fee and listed as no shows which could affect their entries into future events until payment is received.

• Acceptance is prioritised for those who are entering a Rookie event for the first time and those players who have only competed in RFST- Rookie events prior to the event.
• NB – players who have participated in five or more Orange-Green Ball RFST Rising Star Circuit events are not eligible to play in Rookie events. These players will be placed on an exclude list so as to notify them that they have met the maximum number of events to be eligible for Rookie events .
