This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Okanagan Mission Tennis.
This is a weather-dependent tournament. Please note that match times may be postponed or delayed, and matches could be moved or even cancelled altogether if the conditions warrant.
Events:
- 8U (Red Ball, mini nets): Born in 2018, 2018, 2020
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
- U14 (Regular Ball) — born in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015

Location: Okanagan Mission Tennis, 4409 Lakeshore Rd, V1W 1W7, Kelowna BC
Tournament Time: 12:00 – 5:30pm (players will be assigned a 1.5 hour time slot; red ball 8U will play 3 x 15 mins timed match)
Entry Fee: $40.00 *(Payment by etransfer after acceptance)

Entry closes: Thursday, Jun 11 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, Jun 12 – ** Priority entry to first time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Jun 14 (11:59 p.m.)
Match schedule posted: Monday Jun 15
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events (Reserve list players must withdraw by Sunday if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
Eligibility & Membership Requirement
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
