This is an outdoor, weather-dependent tournament. Please note that match times may be postponed or delayed, and matches could be moved or even cancelled altogether if the conditions warrant.

Location: TBC QE Hub @Queen Elizabeth Park Tennis Courts – 37 Ave West, Vancouver (Court #5-8)
Events: U9 (Orange ball, 3/4 court): 16 players maximum

Entry open: Thursday, July 9 (08:00am)
Entry close: Thursday, July 16 (11:59p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, July 17
Withdrawal and Payment deadline: Sunday, July 19 (11:59p.m.)
Match schedule posted: Monday, July 20
Entry Process
- This is a random lottery draw, not first-come, first-served.
- All entries received before the deadline that meet the entry criteria will be selected by random lottery.
- The acceptance list will be posted the day after entry closes.
Entry Criteria
This circuit is for more advanced competitors who have:
- Played in at least three Rookie Tour events

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
