2017 BC Miele Senior Provincial Championships Presented by BlueShore Financial

Date: Thursday, May 25th, 2017 through Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 (excluding May 26th).
Location: Hollyburn Country Club

EVENTS: 

MWsd 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+

(Please note: events may be combined/cancelled due to insufficient entries.)

Number of Events a player can enter (Max 1 Singles) : 2 events

Only 1 avoidance is allowed per player. Although we will do our best to accommodate you, this is a big tournament and it is impossible to make every request work for 200+ people. Avoidance requests must be emailed directly to Anissa Chung, Tournament Referee no later than 6pm, May 18th. (achung@tennisbc.org). Avoidances will not be accepted after the draws are made.

Hollyburn Country Club has a strict all-whites dress code for their outdoor courts. No more than 10% colour on any item of apparel including warm-ups, hats, headbands, etc is allowed. Coloured, non-marking shoes are permitted. Parking on site is available, however only in non-member parking (cars will be towed otherwise). Guests are not permitted to eat in the bar and grill, only the bistro. Guests are not permitted to use any club facilities such as the pool, fitness centre, youth lounge etc. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Registration requirements:

All players must have a current IPIN (International Player Identification Number) in order to enter the tournament.  Please visit https://ipin.itftennis.com/ to renew or register for an IPIN.

Annual IPIN membership fees apply ($25 USD) and please note, it can take up to 72 hours to activate a new IPIN number.

Registration for the event is confirmed ONLY once you have completed the above steps and receive a confirmation receipt.
