Events:
- 8 & Under (Red Ball, mini court): Born in 2017, 2018, or 2019
- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018
- U12 (Green Ball, full court): Born in 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018
- U14 / U16 (Regular Ball, full court): Born in 2011-2014, or 2009-2012
Date: Saturday, 15th March
Location: Kamloops Tennis Centre, 750 Front St, Kamloops, BC V2C 1V7
Tournament Time: 9am-4pm. Younger players will play at an earlier time slot. Players will be assigned a 1.5-hour time slot and notified of their schedule upon acceptance into the event. Specific match time requests are not accommodated.

Entry opens: Thursday, February 13th (08:00 a.m.)
Entry closes: Thursday, March 6th (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, March 7th – ** Priority entry to first-time rookie tour players, then entry by Random Lottery. Accepted players will receive an email.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, March 9th (11:59 p.m.)
Policy for Late Withdrawal and Failure to Complete Required Tournament Events
(Reserve list players must withdraw by Sunday midnight if no longer available to play. After this, players are expected to be ready and available.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
