This tournament is organized and run by Hollyburn Country Club. It is sanctioned by Tennis BC.

Date: Sunday, July 6th
Location: Hollyburn Country Club, 950 Cross Creek Road, West Vancouver, BC
Entry fee: Rookie $40 – No ATM at the club so CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY (payable to Hollyburn Country Club)
Rookie Events (My first 5 tournaments):
- U10 – Mixed Singles: Orange Ball, 3/4 court
- U12 – Mixed Singles: Green Ball, full court
Tournament time: 12-6pm, players will be assigned a 1.5 hour time slot for 3 x 25 min matches.

Entry opens: Thursday, March 13th (08:00 a.m.) ** Random Lottery entry with priority for first time rookie tour players
Entry closes: Thursday, April 3rd (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, April 4th
Withdrawal deadline: Monday, April 7th (11:59 p.m.)
