This tournament is organized and run by Hollyburn Country Club. It is sanctioned by Tennis BC.

Date: Sunday, February 8th

Location: Hollyburn Country Club, 950 Cross Creek Road, West Vancouver, BC

Entry fee: Rising Stars $45
Payment is onsite at the tournament desk. No ATM at the club, so CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY (payable to Hollyburn Country Club)

Events:

• 12:00-2:00pm – Mixed U9 Singles: ¾ court, orange ball (8 players)
• 2:00pm-4:00pm – Boys U10 Singles: full court, green ball (8 players)
• 4:00pm-6:00pm – Girls U10 Singles: full court, green ball (8 players)*
• *event split TBD based on entries

Eligibility

This circuit is for more advanced competitors who have:

• Played in at least three Rookie Tour events.
• Players will be put on the exclude list if they do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Entry Timeline

• Entry opens: Thursday, Jan 22nd (08:00 a.m.)
• Entry closes: Thursday, Jan 29th (11:59 p.m.)
• Acceptance list posted: Friday, Jan 30th
• Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, Feb 1st (11:59 p.m.)
• Schedule posted: Monday, Feb 2nd

Entry Process

• This is a random lottery draw, not first-come, first-served.
• All entries received before the deadline that meet the entry criteria will be selected by random lottery.
• The acceptance list will be posted the day after entry closes.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

• Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
• After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
• Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
