TOURNAMENT TIME:
Dates: Monday November 11th, 2024
Time: 9am-3pm (The Tennis Centre Langley)
U12 (Regular Ball)
U16 (regular Ball)
EVENT FORMAT:
• Each round will be timed
• Team Event
ENTRY FEE: $60 per player
Entry open: Wednesday October 23rd, 2024
Entry deadline: Wednesday November 6th, 2024

REFUND POLICY:
• Player must withdraw prior to the withdrawal deadline in order to be eligible for a full refund. $20 Processing fee may be charged for withdrawal after withdrawal deadline.
• There is no refund after the draw has been posted.
• Players who are in the reserve list will receive refunds.
• All refunds will be processed 7-14 business days after the tournament is over.
ELIGIBILITY:
• All entrants must hold a valid Tennis BC membership. Players can sign up or renew the membership online at Renewals or memberships are available online at tc.tournamentsoftware.com or by visiting the tennisbc.org – Select Type of Membership.
• Any individual whose rights to compete have been suspended by Tennis BC or Tennis Canada are ineligible to participate in any sanctioned tournament during the period of such suspension.
ENTRY AND ACCEPTANCE:
• Players can enter only 1 event.
• Acceptance is based on lottery.
• All entries are subject to approval by the Tournament Committee.
CODE OF ETHICS FOR PLAYERS, PARENTS & COACHES
• Players are expected to know and understand the Tennis Canada Rules of the Court and the Code of Conduct.
• Players or any persons associated with a player (i.e. parents, coaches, friends or family) are expected to give due respect to the host clubs, their members, officials, other players and any other person associated with the tournament.
• Misconduct, whether on or off the court, will result in penalties against the player and any Player Support Team Member (coach, trainer, manager, agent, medical or para-medical personnel and/or family member, tournament guest, or other similar associate) of a player. Tennis BC has a no-tolerance policy towards abusive or inappropriate behavior.
