This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Coquitlam Tennis Club2
This is a weather-dependent tournament. Please note that match times may be postponed or delayed, and matches could be moved or even cancelled altogether.
Events (max 32 players total):
- U10 – orange ball; 3/4 court (born in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019)
- U12 – green dot ball; full court (born in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)
- U14 – yellow/regular ball; full court (born in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015)
Date: Sunday, July 12
Location: Coquitlam Tennis Club, 1240 Pipeline Road, V3B4S1, Coquitlam BC
Tournament time: 9:00 am-3:00 pm (by registering, players are indicating full availability for the tournament). Players will be allocated a 1.5-hour time slot (players will have 3 x 25 mins matches) and notified of the schedule if accepted into the event. We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Acceptance list posted: Saturday, July 4
Withdrawal and payment deadline: Sunday, July 5 (11:59p.m.) (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight before the event to withdraw; if still on reserve after this time, there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event. Late Withdrawal Policy)
Match schedule posted: Tuesday, July 7
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.

- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
