This is a 2-Star tournament sanctioned and organized by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Great West Fitness & Racquet Club.

Timeline:
| Registration Open | 6 weeks prior to tournament start date |
| Registration deadline | 11:59 pm on Monday of the tournament week |
| Acceptance posted | 2 pm on Tuesday of the tournament week |
| Draw and schedule | 5 pm on Tuesday of the tournament week |
Players who are not accepted in the draw will be offered a wild card to play in the next tournament – players must register to be eligible to receive a wild card. Please refer to Fact Sheet for more details.
