Weekdays – 5pm to 10pm (NTRP)
Weekends – 8 am to 10 pm (OPEN/NTRP)

ENTRY OPENS: May 4, 2026 08:00am PST

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday June 19, 2026 23:59 PST (NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED)

 

ENTRY AND ACCEPTANCE:

  • Players may play up to 2 events (NTRP + NTRP or NTRP + Open); and up to 3 events for Open category (all of the 3 events must be Open events).
  • All entries are subject to approval by the Tournament Committee. The Tournament Committee may cancel or combine events if there are insufficient entries or may limit the draw size depending on court availability.
  • All NTRP doubles draws are limited to 24 teams. Singles are limited to 32 entries with the exceptions of MS3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 – limits are 64 entries. Draw size may be expanded based on the court availability.
  • All entries received by the entry deadline will be considered based on merit, as determined by National Bank Rankings and the ITF World Tennis Number.
  • Eligibility is based on WTN and Acceptance is based on Tennis Canada Rankings.
  • WTN-NTRP Guidelines (Jan 2025) and Information about 2026 NTRP Adult Tennis
  • Where certain entries cannot be distinguished based on ranking, players shall be accepted by drawing lots.

 

REFUNDS: Player must withdraw prior to the withdrawal deadline in order to be eligible for a full refund. All refund requests received after the withdraw deadline will be eligible for a refund minus a $20 admin fee if the request is made prior to the draw being made. Refunds will not be issued once the draw has been made. All refund will be processed 14 days after the tournament is over.

 

2026 Ineligibility
Players who have won the same category twice within 24 months of the tournament start date will no longer be eligible to play in that category and must compete in a higher event. Doubles players are also ineligible to play in the same category, regardless of partnership pairings. Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in their proper category. In certain circumstances, players may apply to Tennis BC for a waiver that permits them to play in an event for which they have been listed as ineligible. Please direct any such request to Tennis BC.
