43rd Annual VLTBC Masters Indoor Tennis Championships
April 3-12, 2020. ITF Grade 2

Registration
This is a seniors circuit event and all players must be age 35+. All players must have a valid IPIN account in order to enter.

The new version of IPIN has now launched. All players need to reset their password when logging into the new system for the first time. Please visit the IPIN site (same link as above) and start by entering your registered email address and click ‘Reset Password’. The new website is not fully supported in Internet explorer or Edge browsers. To make use of the full functionality please use one of Chrome, Safari or Firefox, our fully supported browsers. If you have an existing IPIN account and you are unable to access the new IPIN service, please do not create a new account as this will not bring across your ATP/WTA/ITF ranking for entry into ITF tournaments. Please contact the ITF.
Players are no longer required to pay an annual $25USD IPIN fee. Instead, an extra $10 has been added to all entry fees as per the ITF’s new requirement.
Events
Players may enter a maximum of 2 events. Only 1 singles event is permitted.
Two Doubles Events – note that you can now register online for both doubles events – no manual entry form is required this year.
Avoidances
Please note that the final weekend of the tournament falls on Easter. Please consider this when entering the tournament. Each player may have ONE avoidance only. You must email your ONE avoidance directly to Dave, the Tournament Referee (cdnump@gmail.com) by midnight on Monday, March 23rd. Avoidances will not be granted after this date or after the draws and schedule are made.
Players’ Reception
Saturday, April 11th from 7-9pm. One ticket is included in your entry. To purchase guest tickets, please contact Heather at hnivison@vanlawn.com ($40 each + tax).
Entry Fee Payment
Entry fees are due by the registration deadline (March 23rd). A 10% charge will apply for entry fees received after the entry deadline. Please select the correct payment option below. You do not need a Pay Pal account to complete the payment. Don’t forget to choose the correct shirt size (please specify men’s or women’s) when you pay! Shirts will be ordered based on the selection you make at the time of payment. Players who have not paid by midnight on March 23rd may not received a shirt. Late payments will be subject to a 10% fee.
