This is a weather-dependent tournament. Please note that match times may be postponed or delayed, and matches could be moved or even cancelled altogether. Players will receive one t-shirt if they enter multiple events during SPO.

U10 – orange ball, 3/4 court (born in 2014-2017) – max 24 players

Date: Friday, July 10

Location: Stanley Park Tennis Courts – 8901 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2

Tournament time: 9:30 -1:00 pm

By registering, players are indicating full availability for the tournament.  Players will be allocated a 1.5-hour time slot and notified of the schedule if accepted into the event. We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

  • Entry Fee: $40 per player
  • Refunds will be issued to all players who withdraw BEFORE the deadline or are on the reserve list – two weeks after the event.

Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, July 5 (Reserve list players have up to Sunday midnight before the event to withdraw; if still on reserve after this time, there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event. Late Withdrawal Policy)

Withdrawal after match schedule posted:  partial refund (minus $10.00 processing fee), no refund within 2 days of the event.

 

Important Information:

Support for Parents and Coaches

  • No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
  • No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.

Eligibility & membership requirement

  • Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
  • Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).

    • Your account will remain pending until your age is verified.
