SOUTH ISLAND TENNIS ASSOCIATION

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The South Island Tennis Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 23, 2017, in the Seniors Wing, at the Cedar Hill Recreation Centre located at 3220 Cedar Hill Road, Victoria, B.C.

A special resolution is proposed to amend the society’s bylaws, a copy of which is posted on SITA’s website at sitatennis.ca.  Similarly, the minutes of the last AGM and treasurer’s report are available on our website for review prior to the meeting.

Call for nominations to the board of directors.  The nominating committee is Jane Cunnington, at cunnington@shaw.ca.  Please forward nominations to Jane’s attention.
