This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by The Tennis Centre Langley.
Events: U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 Court) – born in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
Date: Saturday, January 24th
Location: The Tennis Centre – Langley, 20611 80th Ave, Langley, BC
Tournament Schedule: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (players will be assigned a 1.5 hr time slot for 3 x 25 min matches)

Entry open: Thursday, January 8th (08:00am)
Entry close: Thursday, January 15th (11:59p.m.)
Acceptance list posted: Friday, January 16th – ** Priority entry to first-time rookie tour players, then entry by random lottery. Accepted players will receive an email with payment instructions to confirm their spot in the main draw.
Withdrawal deadline: Sunday, January 18th (11:59 p.m.)
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 3 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).

- After setting up your account, email a piece of photo ID (e.g., passport) to sly@tennisbc.org for age verification
- Your account will remain pending until your age is verified.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
- After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (entry fee minus $10 processing fee).
- Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
