Date and Time: Sunday, March 22nd (4:00pm- 6:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm)

Location: Tennis BC Hub @ Richmond – 10251 St Edwards Drive

Events: U9 (Orange ball, 3/4 court): 16 players maximum

Entry open: Thursday, March 5th (08:00am) **

Entry close: Thursday, March 12th (11:59p.m.)

Draws posted: Friday, March 13th

Withdrawal and Payment deadline: Sunday, March 15th (11:59p.m.)

Entry Process

  • This is a random lottery draw, not first-come, first-served.
  • All entries received before the deadline that meet the entry criteria will be selected by random lottery.
  • The acceptance list will be posted the day after entry closes.

Entry Criteria

This circuit is for more advanced competitors who have:

  • Played in at least three Rookie Tour events

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Before Withdrawal Deadline: Full refund of entry fees.
  • After Draw Is Posted: Partial refund (minus $10 processing fee).
  • Within 2 Days of Tournament Start: No refund.
