This tournament is sanctioned, hosted, and run by Tennis BC.

- U10 (Orange Ball, 3/4 court) born in 2015-2018
- U12 (Green Ball, full court) born 2013-2016
- U14 (Regular Ball, full court) born 2011-2014
Tournament Dates and Times:
- Friday, Nov 14 – U12 Green Ball (5:00pm-8:00pm)
- Saturday, Nov 15 – U10 Orange Ball (5:30pm-8:30pm)
- Sunday, Nov 16 – U14 Regular Ball (5:00pm-8:00pm)

By registering, you confirm you are available for the entire time listed. Accepted players will be assigned a 1.5-hour match slot and notified of their schedule. No requests for specific match times will be accepted.

Fee: Rookie $40—paid at the time of registration
Entry does not guarantee acceptance. Players on the waitlist will be refunded one week after the event.

*This is also the withdrawal deadline for reserve list players. Anyone still on the reserve list after this time is expected to be available to play. Policy for Late Withdrawal
Important Information:
Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.
- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
