This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis BC. It is hosted and run by Hazelmere Golf & Tennis Club.
Events: U14 – yellow/regular ball; full court; max 16 players (born in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014)
Date: Thursday, August 14th
Location: Hazelmere Tennis & Golf Club, 18150 8 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 9R9
Tournament time: 9:00 am-1:30 pm (by registering, players are indicating full availability for the tournament). Players will be allocated a 1.5-hour time slot (3 x 30 min matches) and notified of the schedule if accepted into the event. We do not accept entries asking for specific match times.

Withdrawal and Payment deadline: Sunday, Aug 10th (11:59p.m.) (Reserve list players have up to Sunday Midnight before the event to withdraw; if still on reserve after this time, there is an expectation to be available and ready to play the event. Late Withdrawal Policy)

Support for Parents and Coaches
- No coaching allowed: Do not visually or verbally communicate with your child during their match to avoid penalties.
- No outside officiating: Line calls and scoring disputes must be resolved by on-site staff.

- Priority is given to first-time Rookie Tour participants and those who have only competed in Rookie Tour events.
- Players with 5 or more Rising Stars events are ineligible for the Rookie Tour.
- Players must have a Tennis BC “recreational” membership (free).
