Membership with Tennis BC is a great way to get involved in the Tennis community within BC. Tennis BC is a not-for-profit society that is funded by membership, sponsorship, government grants and programs.

Individual Membership

Membership with Tennis BC is a great way to get involved in the Tennis community within BC. By being a member, you have access to play sanctioned tournaments, where ranking points are awarded, and participate in member-club league play, coaching and instructor workshops throughout the province, officiating clinics, and other fun activities! With a Tennis BC membership, you are also eligible to compete in sanctioned tournaments across the country! You will have access to join our  e-newsletter and keep up-to-date on all tennis activities across the province.

2019 Tennis BC Membership Fee – Valid one year to-date

Juniors: $28.50
Adult: $49.00

All Members that have already created their Tennis BC accounts can log in and make changes when necessary. Ensure that your membership is up-to-date and does not expire during the league or holiday season.

Follow these steps to update or correct any information on your Tennis BC account.

  1. Click to access the Tennis Canada System.
  2. Click on ‘Login‘ (located at the top right hand corner) to log in with your username and password. Your 8-digit member ID is shown underneath your name.

If your membership end-date is within 60 days, you will see a red renew button click renew and follow the steps.

Instructions for setting up your Tennis BC account

Please note: If you are a member of a Full/Gold Club, please choose the ‘Cash’ option at step 6 and accept. Please send an email to rerb@tennisbc.org with your Full Name, and 8-digit Member ID to have your account activated and membership waived.

For those players who have NOT created an online account, please follow these steps:

There are Six Steps to Registration:


Select ‘TENNIS BC’ (as your provincial organization – click on the arrow)


Read and accept the user agreement


Fill in your contact information


Select your specific Membership Type

Select your specific BC Region

Select your specific Club


Create your login ID, password, add your email address etc.


Members with a Full/Gold Club:

Select ‘Cash’ (and you will be directed to the next page)

Select ‘Accept’ (and your information will be saved.)

Individuals paying for their own Tennis BC Membership:

Select the PayPal option to pay your Tennis BC Membership. You do not need to have a PayPal account;you can still pay by credit card through PayPal.

Once you have completed your payment, an email with an activation link will be sent to you from the Tennis Canada Tournament Software account. Please click this link in order to activate your account.

Log into your account to receive your Tennis BC Member ID.

Deadlines for Application & Payments:

Year Round Clubs

Gold Club Members: EARLY BIRD Discount – Gold and Facility Clubs have the opportunity to receive a 5% discount if membership application and payment is received by January 15th, 2019. Otherwise, member lists must be submitted no later than January 26th, 2019.

Silver Club Members: Member application and payment is due no later than January 26, 2019.

As not all clubs operate year round, those clubs that do not operate during the Fall/Winter season, may submit their 2019 membership application no later than March 30th, 2019.
