Become familiar with the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) in order to update pathways within our club or academy program structure. Learn the key areas of development that are essential  for nurturing athlete development at every level of play, while integrating valuable strategies for club and teaching professional success.

Learn about LE PETIT TENNIS - story oriented teaching method designed for children ages 3-6  years old using age adapted material such as 17"racquets, special 6" inflatable balls and 7 colour bracelet indicating level of progression.

Wheelchair Instructor Course

Learn how to introduce the game of tennis to wheelchair players. It includes understanding wheelchair equipment, singles and doubles, developing movement skills and techniques for wheelchair players. Only Certified Coaches get a credit for the course, however, non-certified people are welcome to participate.


New "Ongoing Professional Development" policy is in effect as of January 1st, 2008. This policy increases the ongoing requirements for maintaining "active status of certification". The period of time that certification is active for has been reduced. The expiry dates for each certification level is reduced as follows:

Instructor: 4 year expiry
Club Pro 1: 3 year expiry
Club Pro 2, Club Pro 3, Coach 2, 3, 4 and 5: 2 year expiry
